We want you to love your Ette Tete product for years to come! If something isn't right, we're here to help.
The warranty covers:
- Flaws in manufacturing quality
- Defects in materials
- Parts that break or fail during normal, intended use
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage or wear caused by the user
- Damage that occurred during assembly
- Paint coating or varnish surfaces, as we cannot guarantee what cleaning products have been used on them

- Photos and a description of the flaws
