Are balls included?

It depends on the style. Most MeowBaby round and square ball pits come with 200, 300 or 400 balls, as shown in the product name. The Whale, Turtle and Flower ball pits and all IGLU ball pits come without balls, so add a bag of ball pit balls to your order.

How many balls do I need?

As a guide, a 90 cm MeowBaby ball pit comes with 200 balls at 30 cm high or 300 balls at 40 cm high. IGLU ball pits need about 500 balls for the 120 cm square, about 1,000 for the 158 cm round and about 4,000 for the 240 cm square.

What are the balls made of?

Our balls are 7 cm across and made from non-toxic, BPA-free plastic. They're flexible and odourless, they resist cracking, and they spring back into shape when squeezed.

What are the ball pits made of?

MeowBaby ball pits have soft, hypoallergenic polyurethane foam walls (5 cm thick) and a 2 cm base, covered in velvet, corduroy or bouclé. They're hand-sewn in Poland. IGLU ball pits are made in Latvia from firm, lightweight PE foam with a durable PVC artificial-leather cover.

How do I clean a ball pit?

MeowBaby covers unzip and go straight in the washing machine at 30°C. IGLU covers wipe clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges and soaking the foam.

What age are ball pits suitable for?

Our ball pits are designed for children from around 1 year. IGLU ball pits are recommended for ages 1–10, and the MeowBaby playsets with ball pit for ages 1–3. Always supervise young children during play.

Can I use a ball pit outdoors?

IGLU ball pits are suitable for indoor and outdoor play thanks to their wipe-clean covers. MeowBaby fabric ball pits are best kept indoors or on a covered terrace.

How is my ball pit delivered?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–8 business days from our EU warehouse. Delivery is free on orders over €100. The larger IGLU ball pits arrive in several boxes, from 3 boxes for the round ball pit to 6 for the 240 cm square.
